If you're concerned, you could dry them in a proper food dehydrator or at a lower temp in the oven :)Easy peasy organichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16622506744529786367noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5555026666921417340.post-33025401700250538452012-04-25T11:09:27.757-04:002012-04-25T11:09:27.757-04:00I have a garden full of kale right now and am eati...I have a garden full of kale right now and am eating a lot. I can now eat it as a salad with light dressing, kale chips (I like in small doses), and now to try the new Kale sprinkles idea.<br />We have tried all kinds of greens sautaed (sp?) and baked (like Kale chips). Our favorites for sauteing are Beet greens and for baking are Swiss Chard (I prefer the green Swiss Chard best). ----Linda (Smith) MorrisAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5555026666921417340.post-26517213453655210502012-04-16T22:20:55.206-04:002012-04-16T22:20:55.206-04:00I love love love that you spoke out about kale chi...I love love love that you spoke out about kale chips!
